Kirsty is a senior digital expert with over 20 years' experience in helping clients to deliver digital solutions that transform their businesses. She has worked predominantly in agencies, including LBi (now Digitas) and RMA Consulting (part of NTT DATA), and has a track record in building teams and growing revenues significantly. She is not a technologist, but understands how technologies in areas such as blockchain, AI, Big Data, can be used in different sectors.Her roles have seen her acting as the client representative to drive the very best thinking and delivery, and in recent years she has taken on aspects of day-to-day operations.She is used to operating at Board and senior executive level, and her clients are global brands spanning a variety of industries including financial services, media, oil & gas, telecoms, and utilities.

Sheila Nazareth has worked extensively on enterprise-wide business enablement and transformation opportunities - supported by information technology capabilities, data science & business analytics – to drive strategic differentiation and bottom-line value. As the Lead of Aviation Advisory at KPMG, she heads the Operations vertical of the internal consulting division of the Emirates Group, leading and guiding a motivated and intellectual 16+ member diverse team. Sheila has played a strong part in ensuring Emirates remains one of the most customer loved and profitable airlines in the world for most of its entire history. Previously, she was a consultant with the in-house consulting team at Siemens. A voracious reader, she holds a BE from Mumbai University, PMP, CISA, MBA from Bradford, Executive Education with London Business School and Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics.
