As a certified CX professional, SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and SAFe Product Owner Product Manager (POPM), Fraz has been instrumental in championing the adoption of CX and Agile by coaching and leading VoC activities and Scrums across multiple programs.

Sheila Nazareth has worked extensively on enterprise-wide business enablement and transformation opportunities - supported by information technology capabilities, data science & business analytics – to drive strategic differentiation and bottom-line value. As the Lead of Aviation Advisory at KPMG, she heads the Operations vertical of the internal consulting division of the Emirates Group, leading and guiding a motivated and intellectual 16+ member diverse team. Sheila has played a strong part in ensuring Emirates remains one of the most customer loved and profitable airlines in the world for most of its entire history. Previously, she was a consultant with the in-house consulting team at Siemens. A voracious reader, she holds a BE from Mumbai University, PMP, CISA, MBA from Bradford, Executive Education with London Business School and Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics.
