The International Consortium for Blockchain (IC Blockchain) hereby certifies that, having successfully completed the learning and evaluation for this Certified Blockchain Professional Developer (CBPD), the holder shall be recognized as an IC Blockchain Certified Professional in Blockchain Development, with rights to affix and display the letters ICB-CBPD. This certification signifies that the student has acquired knowledge (as assessed by instructors) in the Blockchain Development discipline.
